Tasting notes :
this wines shows strong briny notes, due to the constant exposition of the vineyards to the ocean breeze, a strong minerality, it grows in fact on a unique rocky soil, its really citrusy and strongly smells like grapefruit, and other typical Mediterranean herbs like sage. A good acidity and a not too high PH give freshness to the wine and make it pleasant, drinkable and supposedly very well aging.
